Where do we ship to?
We ship to almost every location in Hong Kong and most of countries in the world
How much are the shipping fees?
Please check on the shopping cart page/ Free for the purchased amount over HK$300 for local customers.
How long will it take for the order to be shipped?
Items are usually sent within 24/48 hours, that means that it may take up to 3-4 days for the delivery to your hands for HK customers. For oversea customers, it may take around 1 week to reach your hands by using standard air mail. In some instances, the item is no longer in stock and we have to backorder it with our manufacturers; this may incur a delay of up to 1 week (if the item is still with our manufacturers). Of course, some items may be definitely out of stock and no backordering is possible in short time (during low seasons). If so, please accept our apologies in advance.
Will I be able to track my shipment?
You will always be able to track your shipment. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us, including your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment on the courier's website.
Will I be able to send items back to receive a refund?
You can receive a refund or replacement only if there is damage of products that are not caused by customer himself. Also, you may return it for a refund or replacement provided that product packing is still sealed and in the state you received them. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded even if the return is a result of our error.
I need to return a product, what should I do?
If you need to return a product you can send us email with invoice number, photo and reason if possible.
